1. Ease Of Use
Akiflow and Todoist are both easy to use. Akiflow has a 3-section interface divided among the main menu, task creator, and calendar.
The left section is the main menu. From there, you will be able to access your menu and view your tasks in different ways (inbox, today’s tasks, upcoming, and so on). This is also where you will be able to access your daily planner.

The middle section is where all your created tasks will be visible and can be edited.

And lastly, the right section is your calendar. Every task you create will automatically move to the calendar once you assign it a specific date and time.
Akiflow also supports drag and drop, so you can easily drag and drop tasks around different dates.
Todoist, on the other hand, has a simple white interface. It mainly consists of two main sections.
The left side is the main menu, where you can access your tasks, inbox, today’s tasks, upcoming tasks, and more.

It not only allows you to join meetings with a notification click, but it also enables you to share your free slot and availability without using any external tool like Calendly.
Sharing availability in Akiflow is super easy. Just click on the icon shown in the screenshot and choose Manual or Recurrent based on your intent.

Now drag and drop all the time slots in your calendar. These will be slots where you should be free to attend meetings.

Once you do that, a sharing link will be generated that you can then share with anyone you want to book a meeting with.

Todoist, on the other hand, does not provide any support for meeting schedules, so you have to use a third-party solution.

For instance, let’s say you have a Zoom meeting at 2 PM. In this case, you can set it to let Akiflow notify you a few minutes before the meeting with the actual joining button. This can be incredibly helpful for staying organized and on top of your tasks.

In contrast, Todoist notifications are much more basic. They alert you about the tasks you’ve created, but not in great detail. Also, the free plan of Todoist does not let users set automated reminders.
