1. Ease Of Use
Akiflow is designed with a simple and intuitive user interface, which makes it easy to learn and use.
The user dashboard looks like this:

The left section is the main menu from where you can access the inbox, upcoming tasks, and tasks you wish to do someday.

This is where you can plan your day with the help of rituals (daily planning and shutdown) and more. This is also where you can create folders and add labels to them.
The middle section of the page consists of the task creation panel, from where you can quickly add tasks to your calendar.

And talking about the calendar, the right section of the screen is your connected Google calendar, where you’ll be able to see all your tasks and meetings by also adding your preferred universally coordinated time.

Sunsama also has an intuitive user interface for creating and managing tasks. It’s relatively cleaner than Akiflow, thanks to the ability to hide the left and right panels.

Just like Akiflow, the left section is Sunsama’s main menu where you can access everything from settings and channels to choosing your different calendars.

The middle section is where you will see the different days and an option to create tasks beneath them. Unlike Akiflow, you can directly drag and drop these tasks to your calendar in Sunsama.

Now when you add a date and timing to the task, it will automatically display a task to the calendar.
Adding tasks in Sunsama is even easier. Under the Everyday section, you will see a button to add a task. Click on that, and you will be able to write the name of the task.

Again, you can then click on the task to see other options, as shown in the screenshot below:

One good thing about Sunsama’s task management is that you can directly drag and drop the tasks into your preferred time on your calendar.

To share your availability, head over to the bottom-right corner of the page and when you click on it, you will see two sharing options – Manual and Recurrent. We’ll go with the manual as of now.

As soon as you click on the manual option, you’ll be asked to drag the free timing slots into your calendar and as you do that you’ll see that the booking link will automatically get updated:

You can then share that link with anyone you want to book a meeting with. As of now, Sunsama does not offer meeting management features.
4. Day Planning
Both Akiflow and Sunsama come with a day planner that lets you plan and look forward to the next day in advance.
Akiflow’s day planner view is tailored in such a way that it lets you reflect on your yesterday’s work, followed by a breakdown of tasks that you need to work on today.
